Wouldn't Traid it for the world
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the TRAID in Lewisham.

Fresh (one not so fresh) from the office commute and before what promised to be a nervous Euros match (for one of us at least), two GoodGym'ers popped into the TRAID charity shop in Lewisham for the traditional biannual task of swapping the stock. This utterly satisfying job involves taking all the clothes out from the rails, then throwing them into giant metal containers, and putting all the hangers into cardboard boxes. If only my mother could see me dumping clothes on the floor on demand, my teenage self would be vindicated.
As always, we seemed to finish barely after starting and, with the help of the shop's staff, the floor and rails were soon free of all clothes and the metal containers suitably full.
We'll be back in 6 months' time for the winter season, but until then, the two GG'ers left to enjoy the sun and the football!
