World Kindness Day
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Oxford Mutual Aid in Oxford.

Is there anything kinder to do on World Kindness Day than helping to ensure people can feed themselves and their families?
We upped the numbers for this task this week as it's always very busy at the food bank on Saturday. 6 GoodGymers certainly made everything a lot calmer. We finished packing food parcels for the 2nd delivery route, and with extra hands on deck we were able to tackle more of the other tasks too. Thomas (fresh from a volunteer stint with Wild Oxford) conjured order from the massive fruit and veg delivery in the kitchen, Zoe organised the fridges, Bethan and Holly sorted and put away a literal bread mountain, and Rachael dashed around doing all other the necessary hall maintenance jobs.
We left the food bank looking stocked and organised. Great work team!
