Trashy times
On a squally early morning on Worthing seafront 6 intrepid GoodGymers met up to do our good deed for the day. With such strong winds lately a lot of rubbish had gathered around the rocks near Coast and Splashpoint.
In just 30 minutes John , Belinda, Emily, Gill and myself battled the wind and drizzle to fill up 3 bags of rubbish.
We even came across 2 boxes of Carling black label lager ( other brands are available ! ) that had been left intact. Strange times !
By just after 8 am we were all on our way ,Gill off home, John and I to run , Belinda to walk and Emily on a croissants mission....
Same time tomorrow team :) We will meet at the pier at 07:30

I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
