It never really rains for GoodGym in Bristol! 16 runners braved the forecast rain to join in a GoodGym run to Easton to help the Tidy Up BS5 group with a community litter pick. Pru couldn’t join us for the run so it was led by Chris, with loads of regulars helping out. We even had a double dose of Dowsetts, with Will joining us from London. After a quick warm up and introduction at Roll for the Soul we headed through Castle Park to Easton, pausing for a bit of dynamic stretching on the way. This week’s task was to help with an intense litter pick around the Lawrence Hill roundabout, particularly the alleyway alongside the leisure centre. Everyone got stuck in and we got loads done, you could really see the difference. Once the litter was collected we had a quick relay race around the leisure centre car park! All in all, a great run. Thanks to everyone who braved the rain, you’re all champs!
