Distributing food to six homes today via Pembroke House.
I always try to make an effort to say hello and have a chat to the customers. The first woman had a name I was unfamiliar with but I made a decent attempt and she was delighted, saying most people don't even try. We had a really lovely chat about the importance of names - a lovely start to the shift!
