The now-traditional (well, second time) Halloween visit to Brunswick Cemetery was almost rained off with another impending storm, but GoodGymmers are a hardy bunch and it wasn't raining much after the first deluge.
The runners set off on their longer route and the walkers (outnumbered this week) went direct-ish via the Christmas Market build in Broadmead and found Jo lookong bedraggled in the corner.
We soon set up a system of lampposts and trowellers to clear edges of paths and paving of unwelcome grass.
After a surprising amount of progress, visible after clearing the leaves from paths, we called it a day before the rain could build back up and, with much excitement, headed back to workout to enjoy Sarah's company and cake as she's leaving us for the exciting world of a dairy farm on British Columbia. When her visa cones through, and we're keeping her as long as we can!
Conversation took a strange turn with mention of the Techno Viking and his dancing pecs but was otherwise very normal for GoodGym Bristol!
