It was a scorching hot morning when we met task owner Jamie at the boat yard, so a quick squirt of sun cream and hand sanitiser, tools selected and away we went.
As there were only two of us it was easy to split the area between us. @Sandy to the right (Starboard) and me (@Jen) to the left (Port). We both dug into the clearing the weeds from the front of the (show)boats so that they were more visible. Jen then saw the sharp toothed cutting implement (or saw by any other name) and decided to make a start on chopping back the extremely overgrown tree that dwarfed her. It wasn't a fluke that this gave her shade from the searing sun. We really would have loved to stay and finish the tree but it was time to take a bow, fill the bin and head off un-tiller next time.
Never mind the bluepeter it was red (faced) Jen by the end of the hour, it didn't stop her blackberry picking on her walk home though . Hope yawl enjoy reading this!
