We pasta our task!
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Haringey Foodbank in Haringey.

GG Haringey had two tasks tonight and after some last minute juggling around, 6 keen members ran, cycled and/or exercised our way to Selby center foodbank.
Hopefully Shani was able to get her cycle's puncture fixed (whose spot I took), and a big thanks to Marusha and Sylvester who jumped in last second to join the pasta party.
Our biggest welcome goes to Eilidh who joined us for her first task at GG Haringey. FYI: Eilidh is pasta than a speeding bullet (I found out last weekend by her sub 21 min 5K).
Veterans Nurjehan and Una joined us to round up our party of six and as always, Femi was most welcoming. Today's task: sort pasta by months and help Femi stack it back for easy access.
After revisiting our past conversation of how to correctly pronounce P-a-sta, we all efficiently sorted and stacked all penne in its place.
Finally, we helped Femi arrange crates and crates and crates of pasta by months, not before finding out the importance of expiry date.
In all, we had a tortellini wonderful time. It was pasta-tively amazing. Join us next time.

We had a spag-tastic time. Haringey Foodbank is always so organised. Pasta la vista. Thanks Team.
Thank you for organising the task - it was great! Apologies that I had to dash off at the end, I wanted to be able to cycle home before it got dark. Hope to see you all again soon . (P.S. I love the 'pasta la vista' pun Nurjehan.)
