Wardrobe: a tale of two halves
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.
- Wednesday, 2nd of October 2019
We turned up on a bright autumnal morning, screwdrivers at the ready, to find not your average IKEA affair, but a lovely stylish wardrobe looking for a new home. Due to its size, we first had to work out how to split it into two halves to get it down the stairs - even Huw needed a footstool to get a good look at the fastenings on top. We managed to unscrew the right bits, however, and get it into the garden without knocking anything over on the way down. After a quick reassembly job outside, the wardrobe was ready to be picked up, leaving Mrs J with some extra space in her home.
