Trout on O-fish-shoal Business
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Wednesday, 1st of April 2020
I codn't wait to help Mr S with his shopping. He has just been released from hospital and found himself in what he feels is a sci-fi movie. As he's vulnerable Mr S has been advised to stay inside so couldn't pop to the shops. I arrived and greeted by a very happy face and a shopping list (mostly comprising of fish). Off I swam to net some bargains. After all that haddock-urred Tesco was limiting the numbers in the store at once so we queued, making sure nobody musseled in. One lady even suggested starting a song-song, which would have been r-eely nice. Once in, I assembled the bass-ic requirements on the list, finding the right roes in the store, and then made my way upstream back to Mr C. He is a kind sole, and didn't clam up with his praise. We both felt a lot better about life and less stranded at sea.
