This way please! Supporting the vaccine role out at STEAM
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Swindon Borough Council in Swindon.

GoodGym Swindon continue to support the COVID-19 vaccine role out at the STEAM museum, where thousands more local people have been vaccinated this week. Temperatures were at least ten degrees warmer than the last few weeks, so smiles all round, as after a 5 and a half hour shift we could still feel our fingers and toes!
A car that had turned up early and accidentally driven down the footpath showed exactly why we needed our fantastic car parking marshals! Meanwhile inside, GoodGymmers were helping out by directing people through registration, and then into a lane ready for their vaccine. Always ones to go a step further, we were also watching bikes, looking after dogs, and re-uniting waiting partners and families with their newly vaccinated loved ones! We also covered 'exit duty', making sure people had waited at least 15 minutes before they could go on their way.
