There was a lot at Steak and Ale to play for!
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Friday, 4th of September 2020
It was great to be able to help Ms C again this lunchtime and we had a nice chat during which she was telling me how she used to run in yonder woods with her dog, before her accident and injury. She was interested to learn some more about GoodGym and thinks it’s a great idea.
Having done a previous shop to help buy some ingredients for a special meal for her daughter, today followed a similar theme where said daughter is particularly keen on Steak & Ale pie, so it was off to Aldi to pick up some diced beef, a couple of bottles of Newkie Brown and some nice veg and tatties.
Then back to Ms C with all the list successfully found and delivered. She was very happy and I reckon her daughter will be even happier!
