The Secret Seven Master The Mound
7 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in York.

With an ill wind blowing from the West, our 7 intrepid heroes assembled by the much diminished (and of course very tidy) mound. Would today be the day they defeated it once and for all? 15 minutes of furious shovelling (and some arguing about fill levels) later, this was answered with a definitive YES!
But in an unexpected twist... what's that over there? Another, secret, mound hiding behind the car? No problem, our heroes can dispatch with that too, even when only armed with the "lady shovel". Victory!
But their mission wasn't over yet. Alastair took over the trike to carry the spoils to the Tiny Forest, where Miki and Richard (not that one) were preparing 600 trees and 600 holes to match for tomorrow's inaugural planting. What's that you say? These yews could be planted right now, allowing our heroes the glory we all know they wanted? But only after the holes had been "barred" and the magical Biochar sprinkled into each to wish the trees well (or support their roots with mycorrhizae).
On discovering "barring" was not in fact a technical tree planting process, but actually just ramming a metal bar into the hole to break through the clay layer, the terrible twosome of Rich and Mitch got smashing, encouraged by shouts of "ram it in harder" "it's gone all squelchy" and "said the actress to the bishop".
Before long 10 beautiful yew trees were planted and the red carpet was rolled out for our heroes to exit to their chariot (the trike) for a victory ride back to their bikes and on to the Govers for tea and cake.
