Tea and a natter 🫖
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Luton.

Here's what Miss D of LU4 had to say about the mission:
From referrer and Miss D's niece: "I just wanted to report back to say that a lady from Goodgym visited my auntie this week. It was very well received. Auntie enjoyed chatting to the lady over a cup of tea, it is exactly the kind of thing to help with her feeling so lonely."
I had a great visit with Miss D this evening. She made me a lovely cup of tea and we had a good laugh about her nieces mischievous puppy as he had recently tried to eat the leaves off her Spider plant! We talked about nature documentaries and her days of birdwatching at RSPB events. Miss D doesn’t usually go out but she had been for a haircut earlier in the day and seemed quite tired but still keen to chat, so I stayed for about 1 hour 20 mins before heading back home. She commented twice on how nice it was to have someone to talk to, so the visit felt really worthwhile.

I think the recipients of our social visits are really appreciative of the company. Well done Dani.
Definitely. Thanks Gill :)
