5 GoodGymers ran 3.5k to Tree Musketeers and helped them fix the hole in the storage container roof and clear and mulch some new pathways around the flower beds.
Bit of a Winter sort out at the Tree Musketeers HQ this week! With all the great work that the Tree Musketeers do looking after the trees in Hackney their storage container is vital.
Over 20 years of use a hole had formed and we had to clear the roof, cut back the trees, take them to the dump then threw a huge tarp over the container to keep it water tight.
While the rest of the group ripped up pathways around the flower beds and laid a thick layer of mulch to allow easy movement to tend to the patch.
Lots of work complete we headed off with a very productive morning complete.
