After Storm Eunice we slotted in a good deed while the sun shone (most of the time) and the wind took a bit of a break, ready for a yellow wind warning later today...
We picked up the litter in the playground that had escaped the bins / blown in / been thrown over and then practiced our weaving skills tying the mesh back to the railings which will hopefully mean that less rubbish blows in. 🤞We also picked up all the fallen branches and swept up leaves and millions (felt like) of mini pine cones, bagging them up for leaf mulch.
Special GG skills on show today included an ability to squeeze into gaps through hawthorn and brambles and removing plastic bags from trees.
We just managed to leave as the rain came. Hopefully the walkers didn't get too wet and Abby got a tailwind back home.
