It was a glorious evening after a rainy, gloomy day in Bristol and it was fabulous to welcome Matt T to his first GG good deed and Marianne to her first Group Run. The weather is ALWAYS this good on a Tuesday evening, honest!
We arrived at Brunswick after a slightly extended (intentional) run and set about clearing weeds from a flowerbed and different bit of path, all staying in the sunshine and enjoying a good old catch up including Jenny recounting her wedding and honeymoon stories.
We finished off with the space looking much tidier and pulled the seed heads off lots of creeping buttercup between the tombs. Everything was chucked in a big dumpy bag and dragged across the grass to make it easy for the Council to collect.
We took the shorter route home to Queen Square and continued the chat and enjoyment of the evening sunshine on the terrace at Workout - a perfect GoodGym evening!
