Sunny Saturday Slopes (with a bit of rain)
7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Northern Slopes Initiative in Bristol.

On a sunny Saturday morning, seven runners set out to help out Northern Slopes Initiative. The area we tackled that morning has seen some great improvements over the past few months. Thanks to the help of GoodGym and GreenGym (a volunteer group at looks after this area once a week), the top of the slopes has now been cleared and a few fruit trees (plum I believe?!) have found their new home their.
We set about with loppers and scythes to cut down more of the brambles, raked up the cuttings and picked litter to make the area look more tidy. Unfortunately the sun didn't last as long as our task and we were surprised by a big rain shower at the end of our mission. Although it may not always be sunny on the slopes, we had (as ususal) a great time.
A big shout out to Katkin for getting her very first good deed on this task! Great job everyone!
