Sunny Hill is where I want to be
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Barnet.
- Saturday, 3rd of August 2019
- Led by Paul Salman
Today a group of Barnet runners volunteered at Sunny Hill Parkrun. Sunny Hill is a new Parkrun, today being its 18th run. It is also rumoured to be the hilliest in London!
Paul, Damien and Sarah all set off to their marshalling points, whilst Fiona headed to the back of the pack to tail mark. The group was also joined by Jacqui running and Nicky from Croydon Goodgym, who is also the joint female leader for the most visited Parkruns, today being her 350th Parkrun.
All 70 runners made it to the end, with Fiona bringing up the rear with a SunnyHill PB, (it was her 3rd time there) at the end they were all greeted by expert timekeepers Charlotte and barcode scanner Rob.
Thanks to Charlotte for today’s title
