Souper work packing parcels at the foodbank
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

On a beautiful autumn day, six Goodgymmers got up bright and early to help out at Frenford, with most of the group cycling there. It was great to see Valerie at the food bank for the first time.
As usual there was plenty to do, and the group quickly got stuck into packing around 40 food parcels for local families. With parcels packed, we then worked on restocking the food bank and unpacking donations, leaving everything neat and tidy. Ed also got involved, breaking down wooden pallets left outside to use for our tasks at the Single Homeless Project allotment.
Fantastic effort from the team with a big impact for the local community. Well done and I hope everyone enjoyed the sunny afternoon!
