Sound of the round and round
1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Luton VI Runners in Luton.
- Tuesday, 15th of November 2022
- Led by David Mansfield
A well lit and clearly marked running track is a safe and friendly space for guiding a visually impaired runner and this week's running session went well. Steady jog and walk around the 400m circuit doing this week's stage 4 run 2 of the program. We're following the NHS couch to 5k app and making good progress and looking forward to a parkrun 5k this coming Saturday.
