Sloppy compost!
13 GoodGymers made their way 9.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

Monday's Tower Hamlets run took us back to Stepney City Farm for our monthly visit. In the absence of Tom our usual trainer we were going to keep it simple. Or so I thought!
Introductions took place as usual in one of the lovely hotel rooms where we welcomed two new runners and made our plans for the evening.
Andy kindly lead the way to the City farm (because I was not sure on the way) where we met Simon who explained our three tasks. Compost loading, compost moving and Shoveling Sloppy Compost*.
Having been thoroughly warmed up by shoveling, barrow running and generally hanging out next to compost we said our goodbyes and headed for home.
Taking a longer route home on the canal meant we could split up running at our own pace for a while. Unfortunatly my local knowledge let us down and we ended up running further than expected. My Strava said 9k not bad for a Monday night! But sorry for the unexpected distance.
See you all next time and thanks for coming out.
