Sight test...
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Friday, 22nd of March 2024
Thankfully Miss S's phone is now loud and clear, and it was no problem getting her list in advance of this afternoon's mission. As we ran through the items of the list, Miss S was concerned whether or not I'd be able to find some of the products as she wasn't sure if there were still even available in Tesco - I mentally prepared myself for the occasional item of disappointment if this indeed turned out to be the case.
First port of call was Poundland, where Miss S needed some new reading glasses - ideally still a pound each as she recalled - they weren't, but a 3 for 2 deal meant she got 3 for £3 instead, and I felt we were off to a good start on question 1.
The rest of the items did require a bit of searching for amongst the high and low shelves, but in the end I was able to answer all the questions on today's test and find everything she'd asked for.
