Short list? Should be a quiche one.
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in York.
- Wednesday, 27th of May 2020
If this mission had been a 10k it would be an earth shattering PB (for me at least).
On another stunningly sunny day I returned to Ms V's residence to find her ready and waiting with her list, and after going over the items with her I headed across town to M&S.
Abiding by the social distancing rules it wasn't long before I worked my way along the queue and began buzzing round the food hall. Ms V knew what she wanted which made for a very clear shop. After nabbing the last Victoria sponge cake on the shelf, I paid and packed the shopping, heading back out into the blindingly sunny streets of the city centre. Ms V was out enjoying the sun on my return and was very pleased the shop was a success. With that, I wished her well and headed home.

Great work Katie - sounds like it was a truly speedy and successful mission (especially well done on finding the last Victoria sponge).
