Beautiful evening in beachhouse Park. Nadia met us with an array of tools so we set about cutting back the overgrown area and watering the parched plants John freed up the blackcurrants that were hidden behind weeds. After many trips to the green bins we made a good start on getting this lovely little area back to life again. Emily was the muscles this evening pushing the water barrow around, that was heavy going!! Nadia gave us some very exciting news, they have funding from a scheme called 'Pocket parks' and soon there will be lots of amazing progects for us to possibly help with. They have also asked us for ideas, so get your thinking caps on.
