Shed Severn (well Southmead)
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Tuesday, 18th of June 2019
After arriving with the lovely, and thankfully well prepared, Roz we took a look at the garden and had a chat with Mrs J to figure out the foundation dimensions of her new garden shed. Roz had shedloads (sorry) of knowledge on how to prep the ground. I had a tape measure.
Then we set about digging under dampening skies. About halfway through we were digging, just digging in the rain... but determined to finish our now very muddy mission.
A couple of hours later we had filled many a rubble sack and dug out a spectacular square of shed-ready ground, through brick, broken paving and stubborn patches of grass. Hopefully leaving better terrain for the shed to come, here’s one we made earlier!

Great write up and impressed with your digging skills!
Awesome work, sorry some of it had to be in the rain!
