On a sunny Saturday, a group of GoodGym folk went for a 10 mile walk along the Yorkshire coast from Filey to Scarborough.
Conditions were excellent, and we made good time considering we were having merry chat the whole way and pausing to look at wildlife. We spotted a group of seals paddling around some rocks near Cayton Bay, and a few birds of prey hovering around the tops of cliffs - we saw an amazing moment as a kestrel swooped into some bushes and emerged with a mouse-like creature in it's grasp! (our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the mouse)
An excellent walk, and we enjoyed a brief paddle at the end!
