A merry band of two made it to the Common for our final good deed for 2023. We did a sweep of the main path, heading slightly off piste into a lovely boggy section which seemed to be where all the litter was at! We then headed into the children’s park which was packed to the bring with rubbish and a few lost treasures - some gloves, a Stitch charm, and a very fancy hair clip. Hopefully they will be reunited with their owners or repurposed by someone! 2.3 miles of plogging and we retired to the pub for some well earned chips and a drink to celebrate the year. Here’s to a great year of doing good in 2024!
