Riverlation
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside and Luton and Dunstable Conservation Volunteers in Luton.

Two Goodgymers turned out on yet another fine Monday morning (Sam from Luton Borough Parks Department always does his best to arrange for blue skies) and worked alongside the Luton and Dunstable Conservation Volunteers in Riverside Park. Upon arrival the only sight of the River Lea was from a footbridge close to our task site. The team soon improved the view from the bridge by clearing unruly snowberry and elder to let in the light and reveal the course of the river beyond. Yasin was particularly ambitious and went for the largest and most awkward overgrown trees. Tigger made the tea.
