23 runners do good in West Norwood and Ruskin Park whilst learning what this Pokemon business is all about
It was a slightly cooler week than last and we had some new and some old runners raring to go - hooray! A smaller group set off on the 2.5mile Rapidash up to West Norwood to help John prepare for the West Norwood Feast at the Portico.
The rest of us headed back to a new task in Ruskin Park. The community garden had some weedle-ing to do and a load of compost that needed turning and spreading on the tomato beds.
You can clear this bed as well, if you have time? they asked. OF COURSE WE HAD TIME! This is GoodGym. We answered
James B mainly set up a lure for Pokemon then took lots of photos of them doing the task with us. Katie had mainly no idea what was happening.
After some sprints and core work in the park, we thought, shall we Pokemongo home? And we all thought yes, so we did. Lovely stuff.
