Four Goodgym Members joined the Tiny Forest barnet friends group to help water the trees. Which have been suffering extreme temperatures and drought. It’s a great example of community engagement and connectivity with our precious natural environment... not to mention a great workout! Using buckets we transported water from the local Brook up the hill to the saplings- a two minute walk. Because we had a decent number of people we managed to water all 600 trees within half an hour. fantastic job everyone! Three of the Goodgym Crew then went off for a well deserved meal which included a Viennetta ice cream cone! A new favourite dessert! see Photos!
thanks for watering!
Good luck to Charley on her marathon training. well done Paul for making it along to the Tiny Forest for the first time. Thanks also toBeth for her insightful scientific explanations.
