Pretty fly for a shepherd's pie

Today I finished off my afternoon of running and doing good by bring Mr R some shopping.

It wasn't much - a ready meal, some sandwiches, and some useful tinned goods - but hopefully having them will help Mr R stay happy and healthy for the next few days. After dropping it off, I joined a friend on part of their training run, then headed home where I treated myself for a job well done.
