Pound for pound take two
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Mrs A's shopping list was pretty similar to last time - which meant heavy! Once I'd loaded the really heavy stuff (4 litres of Alpro and 2kg rice) into my backpack, there was plenty of room in two shopping bags for the rest - but still not a featherweight, as it included 4 tins of soups, 1kg bananas, 1kg onions and a few other goodies.

Well done for managing the heavy shopping Ian. We'll make sure Ms A's shopping is a bit lighter next time - but it makes for a good work out!
