Poppying out in our boroughs
3 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Kingston upon Thames.

I had intended to head to Richmond for this fitness challenge but I didn't quite have the energy for an 14km run in the crisp cold air and dark evening sky, so....I did my research to find a poppy display a little closer to home so I could still get a run in!
It was a 7km round trip ending up in Twickenham where they have donned their pretty Church street with fairy lights, flags, poppies and window displays. It was lovely to take in a humble but lovely display of rememberance.
Fellow GoodGymmers commemorated the day in different ways, some in both Kingston and Richmond took part in this fitness session while others spent time with neighbours during the 2 minute silence, visited Marble Hill to see the poppies and others took inspiration from the beautiful poppy crossing in Richmond - well done everyone!
