Paving the way
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Liverpool.
- Wednesday, 8th of November 2023
I cycled over to Ms S to ged rid of those pesky weeds that grow up in between the paving slabs.
When I arrived i was warmly wlecomed by Ms S's daughter who showed me the patio explaining that she tries to keep on top of the large patio - you could see this as the weeds were only little and not very thickly growing - as we both lamented how you turn your back and they can grow into a mini forest. I explained i was happy to go over the patio taking out what was there likening it to a trim at he hairdressers. I set to and in just under an hour the patio was weed free again.
As I cycled home I took a little detour to go down memory lane as I used to work nearby almost twenty years ago - thanks Ms S for prompting me to get out cycling do some activity and have a nostalgc trip home
