There was only one Solitary GoodGymer at Foodcycle today but that didn’t mean that my enthusiasm was terminated. Joined by 3 other Foodcycle volunteers we made an awesome team and absolutely killed the challenge of cooking up a three course meal for the guests. I was on mains again and enjoyed rustling up three huge vegetable and quorn pasta bakes making use of a shed load of cheddar and two huge mozzarellas to create a really cheesy topping. There was very little left at the end of dinner, but when asked if I’d be cooking again, of course my reply was, “I’ll be back!”
