Bristol is already pretty good, but it's going to get incredible, and edible. Incredible Edible is coming to Bristol and Goodgym is leading the way!
For this week's run we had three tasks, all working with various incredible edible sites: help with a mural in Southville, complete the weeding at an orchard and then help dig over a vegetable bed in Castle Park.
We met at Roll for the Soul as usual and after a quick warm up and introduction we headed south over the river, warming up on the way. We left one group, led by Olivia, at the Hen and Chicken where they helped to create a mural on the wall. The rest of us ran on to the orchard where we completed the weeding from Wednesday. We then ran back to Castle Park to the third task which was to dig over a vegetable bed. We finished off with a game of knee slapping and then ran back to the Roll for the Soul to end the run.
Great work all round, special mentions to Chris for fighting through a hangover, Olivia for leading the artistic group and Caroline for back marking.
