A bitter wind was blowing through Queen Square as GoodGym Bristol gathered for their Tuesday night fun.
It was great to see Sophie back after a "short break away", hopefully GoodGymming and parkrunning can become a habit!
We set to on a different (and very straight) path from our normal spiral finding, rediscovering the gravel under years of mulch and weeds. With just one fork and one spade there was competition for deep root digging - brambles, sycamores and dock were expertly extracted whilst everyone else made fantastic progress with the trowels.
A brand new dumpy bag was soon full to brimming, fortunately it was moved to the path before it got too heavy!
Another great evening's progress with the Friends of Brunswick Cemetery and a run back just as it was starting to get dark - here's to lots more light evenings of GoodGymming!
