No Tom Craggs, No Task, no sunshine, no problem.

Monday nights TH run saw 7 runners off on the shortest possible run to a group mission. Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions and lack of staff the mulch moving at Hollybush had to be canceled. Fortunately Selina assured me that she had organised two different volunteer groups to come later in the week and get it done.

As a make shift task we went to Teesdale road outdoor fitness park and did a mini session of circuit training. 30 seconds hard workout followed by 20 seconds rest rotating around the 7 machines was enough for us to forget the rain and be nice and warm for our last hard effort on the canal side.

Starting from Broadway market canal entrance we had four options. A 1.5km effort to Victoria park down the canal, 2.5km upto Queensbridge road and back to Victoria Park, 2.8km to Haggerston Road bridge and back or 3.5km to Kingsland road bridge and back.

We re grouped at the end of the bottom of Victoria Park to collectively get our breath back.

Thanks to everybody who came out in the rail. Apologies that the task had to be canceled but hope you all had a fun workout any way.

Will
