Not for the paint hearted
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Lewisham.

5 GoodGymers ran to Action for Refugees to put the finishing touches to Monday's paint job
The kitchen, laundry and back room were all finished off meaning the flat is now ready for the new occupants to move in.
Dave rocked up fairly late. His plan for a gentle jog between the morning's missions being scuppered by a flat phone battery. Taking several detours and tracking down a kindly shop owner to let him charge the phone up enough to get the address, he arrived ... across the road, having misread the number. After trip back to the kindly shop owner and another trickle of power to get the right address, he finally got there in time to help paint the back room.
