No rain(bow) no gain!
3 GoodGymers made their way 1.9km to help the St Matthews Community Hall in Trafford.

In a change of plan due to thunderstorms, we decided to stay local to St Ms and do our weekly Group Run and mission close to base.
It was a wise decision!
We met up and immediately got soaked before setting off on our 2k run...then returning to help sort out two flower beds at St Matthews.
As is always the case, things seemed better after Goodgym as a rainbow appeared!

Well done and thank to the team! Next week we are hoping to be where we should have been last night. Fingers crossed for no thunder and lightning!

Thanks, Kate xx
