No mattresst for the wicked
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bristol Churches Winter Night Shelter in Bristol.

Warning: it will take you longer to read this report than it took eight GoodGymmers to help Bristol Churches Winter Night Shelter (CWNS) this Saturday morning.
During the coldest winter months, Bristol CWNS provides a warm and safe place for a number of homeless people to spend the night. The shelter is based in a different church in central Bristol each night, with mattresses being moved between locations every morning.
In what must be one of GoodGym Bristol’s speediest missions, with doors propped open by some lovely folk waiting for Pilates class, the mattresses and HUGE (but light) bags of bedding were moved from van to church in no time at all.
A great reason to get out in the slightly wintry morning air on a Saturday morning, and after a quick catch up, the GoodGym gals* set off to enjoy their weekends (including the next GG task!).
*think all the GG fellas were having a lie in? park run? - big up tha lady GG massiv!
