Today we were all about the peachy butts, working towards strong glutes that protect us from injury and improves form.
With a full house - lovely to see you all! - we kicked off with the first of ten exercises that pushed our gluteus maximus to the maximus.
Then we moved on to the second half of the session- our core blast. Again it was ten exercises that will abs-olutey leave us with of cores of steel by the time we come out of lockdown.
