On a lovely Sunday morning, two Goodgymmers ventured forth inthe depths of southeast Lewisham to assist Ms M to clear her front garden of pesky weeds & rubbish.

When we arrived, Ms M greeted us showing us what was to be kept and what wasn't and then began the journey of a thousand shovels!!

Firstly we got to removal of the long grass and weeds using the rake to expose the roots for easy removal. Then came to turning of the soil for fresh planting in spring.

After only an hour & a half we bid Ms M a fond farewell and skipped happily back to the city direction
