Mountains aren't funny, they are hill-areas

This week's fitness challenge was a hill session and the Bristol crew stood up to the challenge throughout the hot week and bank holiday weekend.
Alex completed the session first on Woodland Road, and Alison closely followed on a hefty hill near Bath. Lisa and Graham spent a sunny Friday doing it on Channel's Hill. Richard did an impressive session on Purdown. Roz spent a hot Sunday doing her 6 reps up the Zig-Zag path - ouch! And Mel completed it twice on Saturday and Monday. Darren did his on his stairs and showed us his impressive videographer skills making it look like he floated up them...
And I did it in Perrett's Park but forgot the key part of the challenge of taking a photo of my hill and I managed to be mistaken for a dog while doing sit-ups by an enthusiastic puppy who proceeded to try and play with me for the rest of the session. We will therefore be doing next week's challenge indoors 😉. Sign up here.
Massive well done everyone!
