Dedicated Goodgymers were out again this morning, this time to finish painting the school gates at Park Grove. We discovered this was much easier in daylight and we were able to touch up and completed the job we started in November. We were all very impressed that Becky had run 18 miles just to take part! (part of her ultra training).
Ellie got on with the task of painting the people whilst everyone else stuck to black. Just over an hour later we were done. The temperature was considerably colder than previous days and nobody could feel their fingers enough to even put the paint lids back on! Gary the site manager was very happy with our work and more than happy to tidy up.
We finished with a slice of Christmas cake then people went their different ways on bike or foot ready to recharge for the next mission... for some that will be in a few hours time!
