Play your cards right…
We had a full house with this challenge. We had ace up our sleeve this month with the daily core exercises and a bonus Monday session each week.
A shuffle of the deck to give you the first exercise and card number specifying the number of reps. How hard could be it be?
I decided to do a test run to see how flush I would get. I can honestly say after getting through every card (plus the two jokers)…and 91 of every exercise…I was ready to deck someone!

Run leader and partner in crime Sut Yee was next up for the challenge. Feeling flush with love…I felt I needed to share the pain with someone else at least.
So we had:
- Burpees to keep your heart pumping
- Squats to make your glutes as pure as a diamond
- Clubs to give those pecs a push up
- Spades to make that core dig deep with plank shoulder taps
- A joker thrown in for good measure meant climbing a mountain and the Jack, Queen and King gave you an increased heart rate as the reps went up.
- The Ace was your only friend in this game…bringing it down to just one on one time.
Obi-Wan Cannot Be
There was a sterling effort on this challenge – everyone was Luke’ing on the bright side of life had great expectations of our abilities to get through the pack

Yesterday Nisha said she’s really to hit the deck! Fab I thought, she’s finally going get started and go to the Dark Side…She then messages me and say..

Ewok….I thought… she thinks she’s Princess Leia…..After a full explanation, the Empire Strikes Back with a whopping…..Eight cards…Well done Nisha….The Force was certainly with you…
Well done to Roisin on her 10 cards
Our Super Whopper, Big Mac, Cream Yoda, Our Cut and Droid above the rest…did not one but two packs of cards! So our Queen Amidala award goes to ……Super Harsha
