Lucy and Vicky’s very trim bushes
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.
- Thursday, 27th of June 2019
On a rare sunny afternoon Lucy and I both ran and met to help a lady trim a holly and fir bush, which had both got quite overgrown and difficult to reach. She was ready and waiting for us with a range of tools and enjoyed getting stuck in as well! Lucy and I collected some wooden steps to reach the very high bits and managed to tame both bushes, leaving them trim and tidy(ish!) We finished with a much needed glass of water and a very grateful lady.
