Litter Left, Bitter!
7 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Newham.
- Wednesday, 4th of November 2015
Last night saw the return of the vinyl gloves and shivering knees for the litter by the Olympic Park in Stratford.
We ran to the giant Run sculpture for a warm up, with some stretches along in between but not before doing some legendary rocky stair climbs.
Once warm and slightly rosie we ran around the Olympic stadium in search of litter to send packing into our nearest bin.
We sent all rubbish packing!
Feeling pleased with our efforts, we ran back to the aqua centre for some drills, shuttle runs and circuits.
Congrats to everyone who made it down last night, really great effort all around.
Also a Big Welcome to Hin who joined us on our first group run last night.
Congrats to Claire for coming back to Newham after a good while.
And congrats to Carol for smashing her PB on the shuttle runs.
