Let us run!

Last night saw Chris, Fiona and Rob hit the streets of Solihull town centre, thankfully this week the rain held off until we were back from the run.

This week we decided to just go for a run but to repeat the route, we did last week, as it wasn't one of Chris's magical tours but a route we all knew where we could push on to get the Stava segments and rest as the hill was fast approaching.

It was great to have a chat as ever along the way - pulling each other along. Big shout out goes to Fiona who recently had been struggling with her running but has re-found her grove, massive well done!!
